Toxin is a SynCorp agent, even tho she's a demon cat she got raised by humans and genetically modified to fight against Kino's District, she's contracted by a human named Falcon.. Her heart is now a pump for poisons, her blood is green and can be very toxic for anyone, human and demons. Under the orders of Falcon she's asked to go to Kino's district, to bring Eleckt an newly corrupted Android type E9-4 back to the base.
Toxin is usually a very quiet person but can silence any target without any traces. There isn't a lot of demon under contract in SynCorp, her and Monochrome are the most known and powerful demon agents from any of the 3 buildings.
